ImagInnov^® has corporate governance policie and practice which comply with and, in certain instances, even surpass, the requirements.

Run a company not only means control the costs, but also has the right quality of management, the right training for its employees, and give company the capacity to capitalize on their competences to maintain its competitive advantage.

As ImagInnov's CEO, Eugénie Degbé has a significant experiment of more than 4 years at the head of Marion Technologies company, a nanomaterials manufacturer she lead to balance within 3 years with the first return. She then set up an economic interest group (EIG) of SME in which there are French, Russian, South-African and Egyptian interests.

She run the Centre de Compétences en Matériaux Avancés, a technical center for the raising of material innovation in watch industry in Freiburg (Switzerland) for 18 months before created ImagInnov^® and The Netbrainworking^®, a network of consultants to accompany SME.

Jean-Pierre Leclerc, associated consultant at ImagInnov^® cabinet, has 23 years experience in command in any State entity in the French Army, at UN and NATO to his credit.

He then run the regional agency of a consultancy in human resources, specialized in the new forms of employment and work organization (wage portage, time-sharing, recruitment...) and created an association of public utility for the accompaniment of people within the framework of the estimated management of the retirement.

Eugenie Degbé and Jean-Pierre Leclerc, working in pair, are a proven duet in the coach-development of the companies, in particular on the French program Accession Export for which the selected companies marked their satisfaction. Some tools used by the cabinet were reviewed and adapted for this purpose.
